Here's the trailer for the new movie coming out: I'm part excited, part apprehensive... I'm not too sure about the turtles appearances. I mean, I think the overall design is good, such as the heads and body proportions and masks, but the costumes seem far too busy and complicated - what with beads, straps, badges, and all that other junk everywhere. They should have gone for less is more. But, I'll wait to see before I make a final decision on whether I like the costumes or not. Here's some more detail on the costumes. Looks like they've gone for a 'Samurai' kind of look.

The german version of this trailer is also out. I have, like many others, my problems with the new darker look of th Turtles. The most knowing and growig up with the TV-cartoonshow and the first movie with those kind and funny characters. Many people don´t like the new April.... This is a point I don´t care. I love the new Shredder . He looks dangerous...like a real villain, not like a wannabe you can laugh about. Finaly I´m not sure but hoping the best. I´ll go and watch it in cinema expecting nothing so I can´t be disapointed... By the way , I don´t like the german voices, but this is no problem. We have a lot of cinemas showing movies in english

I will definitely check it out. Going to try and keep my expectations at a reasonable level, since this was one of those key series that i obsessed over as a kiddo, lol

There's been a bunch of people making images of Michelangelo online, using his mask and Shrek's face. It's amusing.

Other than that nose I kinda like them... Kinda goes hand in hand in all the edgy remakes they've been doing of late
